What if my item isn’t quite right. Can I exchange it for another size or style?

 We can offer an exchange provided that:

- Item in question is returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

- Item is unworn & unwashed.

- Item has all packaging & tags still attached.

To organise an exchange please email our customer care team right away at:

info@lolaandluxe.com.au

If the item you had in mind for exchange is out of stock,

a credit code for the cost of the item being returned

will be given to you to spend at any time in the future instead.

The customers needs to send the item back to us but

we will bare the cost of postage for the replacement item.

 

What if my item is faulty?

We inspect each item carefully before it is sent out to you,

to ensure there are no faults and that you receive a great quality garment.

In the unlikely event that you receive a garment that is faulty,

We may be able to accept a return provided that:

- Item in question is returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

- Item is unworn & unwashed.

- Item has all packaging & tags still attached.

If this is the case please email us an image of the fault straight away at:

and our customer care team will contact you with further instructions.

The customers needs to send the item back to us but

we will bare the cost of postage for the replacement item.
